By selected the checkbox I agree that these goods were purchased with a tangible benefit to the church or a program of the church and I can not claim this amount on my individual tax return at the end of the year for donation purposes. I agree that this amount may be denied due to budget restrictions or if submitted after 30 days on the receipt as stated in the NHRC Financial Policy.
